Fun seminary make up Monday. We celebrated veterans day by getting together and studying scriptures.
It was fun and memorization games were interesting.

Why is it so cold?

It's getting really cold. Seminary has gotten colder if that's possible. The day is colder than usual. The night is winter wonderland without the snow and I think I'm going to go into hibernation. Very slowly but still my blanket will be with me at most times.

Pirates are here!

Mommy is having some problems with her eye. It hurts and is all watery. Her solution is to cover it with an eye patch. She's our resident pirate! Just in time for Halloween.

We also have a skeleton running around due to a new costume. Kaden the littlest of our clan has been scared and has attacked the skeleton multiple times.

Surrounded by cuteness.

the last month there has been for new additions to the house hold.

First and foremost is.... Drumroll.... Baby Sadie! She was born at home and is usually a really good quiet baby. She's the seventh childand and as a result gets lots of love.

The other additions are kittens!!! Three of them in fact :) their names are rea, fur ball, and lucky. They are all different so we think there may have been different fathers. Who knows our cat escaped and came home prego we have no clue what she was doing.

First blog

This normal home schooled kid is branching out! After being encouraged by a class called Press corps I am finally posting. You get to see into my life and my press corps class. You will see random rants, fun events, and class assignments, be prepared. My crazy family consists of six other siblings,my parents, and an occasional grandma or exchange students. There is also our cat and her three kittens all of which will be introduced in another post. We are a bunch of crazies that stay at home and should probably have a TV show. But instead you get to see the madness here.

Class assignment: this week a female coyote was captured in lower Manhattan in New York city. Being monitored and taken care of at the animal care control on East 110th street. Officials say she Is resting comfortably and keep people from harassing her as she finds a new home. Although where she is to be released is unknown at the moment. By law this coyotes must be released within the five boroughs. spokeswoman Vickie Karp assured the public saying "We pick the largest and most suitable natural habitat for the coyote.". This isn't the first coyote captured recently. Just in January another coyote was captured uptown. This coyote was released in Pelham Bay Park in the Bronx. Coyotes like both our friends are becoming more and more common. It has become such a problem that several New York agencies are working on a solution to manage it. We hope the coyotes can be handled safely and efficiently for both us and them. Also that our little wanderer here can be released in a good area.
